Problem / context
Job hunting means manually copying offers from several portals, guessing which ones fit, and writing the same messages from scratch. I wanted that repetitive funnel to run itself, with me deciding only where it actually matters — so I built it for myself first.
What I built
- Offer ingestion from multiple sources (LinkedIn, Adzuna, NoFluffJobs, Jooble and others) with duplicate filtering
- AI fit scoring on two axes — “I match” and “I want” — with reasoning
- Recruiter message drafts (PL/EN), follow-ups and company research for interviews
- The whole funnel on a kanban board — from scoring, through sent, to reply
- Browser extension: fills in application forms and inserts a ready recruiter message
- Daily automations: ingestion, scoring, email digest, follow-up reminders
Impact
- I built it for my own job search and use it regularly
- Today it runs as a product at aplikado.pl — with its first testers
- Pulls and scores new offers daily without my involvement
- Repetitive message-writing reduced to approving a draft; a live browser extension fills forms for me
